December 10, a 12-people delegation led by Sun Chenghai, Deputy Director of the CIIE Bureau, visited Honeywell global headquarters located at Morris Plains, New Jersey. Mike Bennett, Communications VP of Honeywell, William Yu, President of Honeywell China and Art Simonetti, Government Relations VP of Honeywell, received the visitors on behalf of the company. Two parties had an open and friendly conversation regarding CIIE next year.

Sun extended the bureau’s appreciation to Honeywell for its committed endeavors at this year’s CIIE, and also updated on the progress of next year’s event. The delegation was later briefed about the Honeywell’s global overview and its business focus in China. At the meeting, William Yu signed the contract with the CIIE Bureau in terms of next year’s participation on behalf of the company. Given the great outcome this year, Honeywell will devote more resources with the booth rental size expected to be three times larger than what it was this year. Besides, more interactive and creative methods will be introduced to display our advanced technologies.
Early this year, Honeywell became one of the first batch of CIIE exhibitors. During the event, Honeywell showcased its solutions in connected aircraft, smart buildings, connected supply chain, connected enterprise, etc. The company signed a total of 17 contracts and LOI with our Chinese customers, receiving a remarkable number of media reports.
